After the undervolt (0.831), the maximum temperature dropped to a maximum of 58 degrees, while the gpu frequency increased to 1860 mhz. I did not raise it higher, and so everything suits. At the same time, the peak TDP was only 165 watts instead of 290! There are no problems with noise and squeak.
