Pet Fusion makes great products and I have purchased 2 of these activity trees. I also bought 2 jumbo sun loungers and 4 sun loungers. My cats LOVE all of these products, WHY only 3 stars for the promotion tree? All Pet Fusion products are disposable by design. The sunbeds are cardboard and I expect they will wear out and need replacing, but this tree could have been built better. Sisal poles are cloth sisal; NOT durable wrapped sisal. I bought these 2 trees as a Christmas present for my cats and now after 4 months the poles are almost completely destroyed. It's a shame that such a beautiful product has this easily fixable blemish. I would give the product ONE star but Pet Fusion sent me ONE set of replacement stands for my TWO trees so they made half the trouble. Hopefully in the future they will replace the posts with wrapped sisal. Make and order some wrapped poles at the length you need to hold up these beautiful trees. Thanks for reading and be warned; this is a beautiful product; Your cats will love it and you will need to change stakes every 4 months. ***UPDATE*** Jeff at Pet Fusion Customer Support contacted me and provided shift posts. For this reason I am increasing my rating to 4 stars. Between 2 activity trees and 4 sun loungers and 2 jumbo loungers we have 8 of their products and cats LOVE them. Thank you Petfusion!
