Review on Varis Receptionist by Jake Pavelko

I like how easy it is to set up for different locations! The customer service has been great so far. They are very helpful throughout my training process and will continue this when we do roll out receptionists at our other offices nationwide! One thing that could use some work would have to be their ability to add new features or make updates without having someone from the office over there every time! We've only had one minor issue where they said something wasn't working properly but were able to get answers within minutes of contacting them through chat/email etc! As stated above - excellent product. Easy setup which was crucial because everyone wanted to see what it looked like before rolling out fully across all sites.
