Nowhere in the description does it say 2G cellular service is required, which is very old technology and only offered by T-Mobile in my area of Florida and it's so patchy and weak don't connect it. I called their office to check this out. I will be returning this as it is unusable after spending a lot of time trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. The company tried to respond to my support request and repeated the troubleshooting tips on their website, which I had already tried, but they are based in the UK and their support team doesn't offer a phone number to call for help, only an email. This makes troubleshooting difficult. I found this out after spending a lot of time investigating why it wouldn't connect and researching the 2G service in my area. It appears to be a well-made tracker that would go well with a cat or dog collar. Wanted for a cat.
