I bought two, one for each of my children. One has Asperger's Syndrome, the other ADHD and a tactile-sensory disorder. These blankets have been a real blessing to her. They're damn heavy. It's like a full body hug. I bought this particular duvet because the duvets themselves require dry cleaning and come with removable, machine washable, zipped covers. And they are incredibly soft! My children left town and had to leave their blankets behind. I thought I'd give it a try to see if it would help me sleep at all. I definitely do not recommend them to someone who is claustrophobic like me. I woke up thinking I was trapped and completely insane. I'll just post it there. They are available in different sizes and different weights. This rating is based on a 15# weight and a 60x80cm duvet. Hope that helps!
