This mount fits my 39 inch Visio TV perfectly. It was very easy to install. A very handy level that helped speed up installation. It's small and easy to hide behind the TV. The only thing that bothered me when buying it was that it doesn't have adjustable viewing angles. Your TV stays in a fixed position. After walking around a 14" x 11" room and looking at it from all distances and angles, I can see that this isn't a problem. I can see the TV screen from anywhere in the room. As an update, I noticed a critical review saying that the wall mounts are for concrete walls only and the mounting anchors are for concrete. You mentioned that the mount's dimensions don't allow it to fly through two studs, so it can't be installed. You have two options here. Option 1: Buy drywall anchors (available at Walmart) and use them in place of the concrete anchors that come with them. I did this. I'm pretty sure my 75 pound drywall anchors cost less than $2. I simply attached the unit directly to the drywall with dowels. This option should work well for lighter TVs. Mine weighs 14 lbs and the wall mount holds tight. Because it's a fixed mount, you don't have to constantly pull and twist to adjust the viewing angle every day. Option 2: Stud and drywall anchor combination; Find a stud and screw in a wall mount bracket on one side, then secure the other side with drywall anchors. I'm not even sure if the anchors they provide won't work on drywall. The instructions refer to them as concrete anchors, but they look a lot like drywall anchors to me. I bought drywall anchors just to be on the safe side.
