I'm leaving my old rating below just for transparency, but Anchor support is an A. A few hours later they contacted me and asked if they could send me a new cable. This one works great. Terrible cable. It has to be at a millimeter angle to charge and I've only had this cable for 4 days. Also, this thing does NOT stay in the phone. If it's on your bed and you put a book next to it, that's probably enough to make the cord fall out. Seriously, that doesn't look like an anchor cable. I've had off-site $5 cables that were better than this one. I've never had a problem with Anker, but this product is just terrible.
