Remember to rotate the phone, not the cable head, to insert the cable correctly. This practice extends the life of the cables. Ten feet long allows me to charge it almost anywhere and still have my phone close by. Anker products have withstood heavy use. I do not go shopping. There are so many fake, expired, used goods on the market. I don't trust most providers. I've burned myself from small to large purchases. I trust Anker and that is very important to me.

Another nice product from Anker. I was VERY upset when Apple replaced the charger and cable with USB-C, making ALL my current cables and chargers obsolete. However, Anker sells this cable in a variety of lengths, with USB-A on one end and USB-C on the other. These cables are strong, flexible and inexpensive. They also support fast charging at a full 2.6 amps. Thank you Anker for stepping in to fill the void Apple so often leaves.

I bought this specifically to use with the new XBox (X Series) and its controller which has a USB-C connector instead of the old Micro-USB. I didn't notice any other review for this purpose, so I'll add that it works without problems. I briefly used another anchor cable but it was heavily armored with braid that wasn't very flexible. This cable seems to strike a good balance of protection and flexibility without putting too much strain on the USB-C port on game controllers.

I'm leaving my old rating below just for transparency, but Anchor support is an A. A few hours later they contacted me and asked if they could send me a new cable. This one works great.
