I needed a bag for my MacBook in a zip pocket, a 2 inch folder and things that go with it, charger, mouse, pens, folders etc. I may have taken on projects , which I don't have time for, but that's another story!) And this bag can handle that and more! From the outside it looks like a waterproof fabric and is very stylish. It comes with a shoulder strap that fits in if you don't want to use it all the time. There is a fairly deep pocket on the front (which you can put your whole hand/wrist in) and zipped for your phone, passport/ID card, boarding pass, etc.
