First of all they are beautifully designed and ideal for small spaces under the kitchen sink or in the bathroom. The plastic is thick and doesn't have an unpleasant chemical smell. But the minus was that a label was stuck on the organizer with strong glue. I was able to peel off the paper with no problem, but scraping off the adhesive without damaging the plastic was difficult and frustrating. I tried heating the adhesive with a hair dryer to loosen it, but instead it just smeared onto the plastic. After a while I threw the towel away and agreed it wouldn't look like new again. It's not a major issue as it's not visible, but the effort it took to remove the label is my main complaint. They really need to change the packaging.
