Disappointing: towel rail
Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. My contractor installed a towel rail and it looked great. However, after only a few months it began to come loose at the point where the rod connected to the end part. We kept 2 bath towels on it. I can only assume that the problem was the weight of the wet towels. Although it is very attractive the design seems very poor as the whole purpose of a towel rail is to hold a towel. I ended up buying a product from Kohler which, unlike Gatco's product, is not as pretty but functional.
