Raw milk is illegal in Illinois. This is extremely beneficial for your health. I have found that a product like this is the second best for these nutrients and amino acids. The taste is just great. I've never liked milk (mainly because factory farming is pure evil), but if you love it, you'll love the taste. I mix it with the water I have on my table, but I'm sure the taste would be way better if the water was cold! It's a little hard to mix because of the lumps, but I just sip, add water and mix again. to get everything. Foam is cool to me because it means it's a quality product.
