As a result of using this tape, I found that it saved me from blisters during a long day of playing sports. The tape adheres securely without leaving residue and is flexible enough to move with my skin. It is also clear so it blends in seamlessly. The only con is that it may be difficult to tear without scissors. Overall, I highly recommend this tape for anyone who wants to prevent blisters and protect their skin on the playing field.
