Not considering value for money, just what you get. Had problems with other packs of glowsticks at a similar price, not very good and not reliable. Most colors wash out fairly quickly. The brightest color is green, which lasts the longest. Don't expect the red, blue, etc. to last more than a couple of hours. Some of the thinner/longer sticks broke (like others I've had) and leaked the liquid. Balloons are unreliable, most didn't work or were very weak; only 1 worked fine. Basically you get what you pay for. These packs, which you can get here at Revain, are cheap, and for good reason. Still looking for the best glow stick packs.
