Review on ๐Ÿšฝ Taylor Electronic Glass Talking Bathroom Scale: 440 Lb. Capacity for Easy Weight Monitoring by Donna Jones

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Easy to use but: Health monitors

This is my second Taylor talking scale. I have an illness that requires me to weigh myself every day and the weighing must be accurate. First one I've had in five years and I loved it. Obviously all good things come to an end, and sadly it has died for good. So I bought another without hesitation. When I first got it I noticed that I had gained a lot of weight. I tested its accuracy with a weight ball and found it deflected 3.6 pounds. I've tried contacting Taylor to see if it can be calibrated. It was useless exercise. Taylor doesn't want to hear from you and makes sure they don't. They don't have a phone number and their customer support emails show an error every time you try to email them. So I had to send it back but figured knowing how much it costs I can do the math. A few weeks later I saw more unexpected weight gains to the point where the kettlebell appeared and miraculously the weight didn't drop by 4.2 pounds. It's too late to send it back so I can calculate again. I got on the scale today and gained two pounds overnight. As you might have guessed, this is another round of kettlebells. Now the scale shows almost 6 kilos. out. So basically useless for me. I'm sorry because my first Taylor was a real soldier and gave me accurate readings for five years. I was hoping to get the same from it. I am very disappointed not only with the weights but also with the fact that Taylor has no customer service. I would not recommend this scale or Taylor to anyone looking for precision equipment from a company that cares about their customers.
