The belt looks exactly like the picture which is fine for a business belt but I am returning it as it is not 100% leather as advertised but a very thin layer of leather attached to a vinyl base. (It's written on the belt and it's obvious when you look at it.) As for the fit, my waist size is 33-34 so I ordered a 34/Medium) but I think it's longer than it should be.
