I've used Wen for a couple of years, but my hair is very fine and thinning more (I'm almost 60). I decided to try these. The shampoo doesn't foam, which I expected, however, it made my hair feel like thick straw! I couldn't even work my fingers through my hair! I rinsed it and then applied the conditioner. WOW what a difference. It worked right through my hair, releasing it from the straw hold (it felt like I was using Wen!). My hair was easy to comb out and after having used it three times now, I can definitely feel and see the difference. I don't have nearly as much hair in my comb, nor find hair on my clothes. I'm going to continue using this and use Wen alternately. I only wash my hair once every other day and it looks so much healthier! I hope it continues to improve and thicken my hair.6/3/16 - Just an update: I don't know what they did to the shampoo, but it's definitely better then my first order. I've received two more since then and I love the shampoo now. The conditioner is still the best! I only have to use about a quarter size of the shampoo and the same amount for the conditioner and I just don't have anymore bad hair days. I also had to contact customer service about an issue and they were super great to work with and corrected the problem at their expense. I also love that they don't do animal testing on their products. I refuse to buy any product from Johnson&Johnson because they do animal testing. It's cruel and completely unnecessary.
