When used with insta360 one r with mod. 1 in. This thing is solid. The door and fasteners are sturdy and easy to move or open. I use this with my insta360 one r with 1 inch mod and it fits perfectly. Now I don't have to remove the lens cap to put it in the cage like I did in the original mounting cage. It comes with an Allen key to remove the ring when using it with a 1 inch mod. It will NOT work with the 360 module. The camera can tilt back and forth slightly inside the cage causing seams. The 360 module offers a lot of freedom of movement inside the cage.
