I like the fact that it's simple and they understand what problems people are having in their lives. They are open to your ideas and suggestions. It is hard to explain to someone how to design their own website but if you can describe the look/feel of what you want then there is no problem. If you want a professional who will listen to you, take notes, and will work with you as an equal partner then this is the place for you. I am working with them to help redesign our website. We've had several custom designs done by other companies but nothing compares to the end result. They have been able to make the process easy and they are very efficient. The team is very professional in their approach with clients - nothing was too much trouble for them! I cannot think of anything that would be improved upon from our experience working together so far; they are great at what they do & always go above's expectations when it comes time to deliver client work which makes my job easier as well :) They were also able to turn around some ideas quite quickly once given direction/the right resources (ie CAD).
