In general, I like it, the teeth are clean and feel comfortable after use. I don't want to be too picky because for under $20 for an electric toothbrush, I don't expect a lot of bells and whistles, and there aren't any here. There's only one vibration setting, it toggles on and off and that's it. When it's on the charger, there's no light or anything to let you know it's actually charging. So you just have to hope that's the case. The brush heads don't seem to last long either, I'm starting to feel like I need to replace mine and it hasn't even been 2 weeks and there was only one extra in the kit. I'm not sure how much additional attachments cost, but if they don't last long they could end up being more expensive. There are definitely some downsides, but I feel like it does a good job of keeping my teeth clean.
