We've had it for about six months. We got this to replace our previous Zojirushi which we dropped and broke. This one was all metal, so we figured it would be more durable. We've been using it for about a year and a half now and are a bit disappointed. It's smaller and lighter and very easy to use, which was good. It didn't keep the coffee hot as long as our previous model, but it did keep it hot for around 4-5 hours. Now, after six months, we've noticed that he's starting to keep coffee in the lid. If we take off the lid and hold it slightly above the level, the coffee will flow out of the lid onto the counter. To avoid mess we have to be very careful how we hold the lid or do it over the sink. If it wasn't for the mess of removing the lid for some reason I could have handled a cooler coffee and it would still be a great carafe.
