Not bad for studs.
The group doesn't look at all (they are white). The only issue I was concerned about was quality issues, but that's pretty solid. The only thing I would be careful with is over tightening the screws as you could strip the threads as the threads are still acrylic. As long as you dress enough, you don't need to worry.
