I've loved this brand for a long time. I needed a new package and ordered one but didn't open it until about a month after it arrived. I was very disappointed to find that 3 pins were dry. And even Pinterest didn't help me bring them to life. I thought maybe it's because I didn't open it right away? Seriously, I have several of the same pens of different colors and millimeters that I've had for TEN years and they still work. I'll take some blame for not opening it as soon as I got it so I can contact the seller or return it, but the dried out pens are causing the artist in me to dig into the next gallon of ice cream, to ease my frustration. .
