The smallest pump head on the market (AFAIK).

Ever had a tire with a nipple that was out of reach for standard pump nozzles and their bulky attachments? Look at this double head nozzle! Lever not required - uses existing threads on the pump to ensure tightness. The only way it can get smaller is to somehow get rid of the outer case and seal the inside of the valve stem. Seems well built too. In fact, it may take a while.
