Review on 💧 GOFILTR Alkaline: Transform Any Water Bottle into All-Natural 9.5pH Ionized Mineral Alkaline Water with Electrolytes - Made in California by Dean Love

When the unit arrived I took it out and rinsed it several times with clean water from a bottle. I then poured it into 1 gallon of fresh purified drinking water I bought at the grocery store. By itself, 1 gallon of drinking water was slightly acidic at 6.52. I measured the pH with a pretty good Apera pH meter. This was to be expected as there was no water with a pH of 7, including bottled distilled water, as CO2 reacted with water to form carbonic acid over time. Using a TDS meter I wanted to check the PPM. He showed 40 for purified water in a bottle. After putting an alkaline stick in for 15 minutes, I tested the water again and it showed 6.60. The manufacturer advertised that it would take 15 minutes for 40 ounces. But .3125 gallons is 40 ounces. Therefore, 1 gallon is about three times the capacity. So I have to give the Gofiltr media more time to "react". After 4-5 hours I tested again with a pH meter and it showed 8.89 pH. Using a TDS meter, I checked to see if the PPM had increased to 66. Overall, the taste of the water was the same as regular water. Because of the health benefits of alkaline water, I would monitor and use this alkaline water. In fact, this represented a huge cost savings compared to the expensive alkaline water sold at the grocery store. For now I am a satisfied customer and will continue to monitor the manufacturer's claim and provide a review if necessary.
