Pros - Chair arrived safe and sound (see cons). Very easy to assemble, no instructions required. No tools required, an Allen key was provided along with an extra screw. Assembled in less than ten minutes. Cons - arrived a week after the estimated date. The box was crushed and barely held in place so I was surprised the chair was intact. And here's the catch - the chair does NOT match what is pictured or described in the listing. I was looking for a chair with a mesh seat and was thinking of ordering it; an open mesh fabric stretched across the seat and back frames, shown in that order. What mattered was a tightly woven standard mesh fabric over a very stiff foam seat and backrest. Heavy, durable, hard and uncomfortable. Absolutely NOT what is shown in the photos or described in the listing. If you are looking for a chair with a mesh back and seat, THIS IS NOT THE ONE.
