The chair came with a broken armrest adjustment lever. I informed HON customer service which part was defective, made it clear that it was a small plastic lever, took a picture of the problematic part and asked for a replacement. We bought two of these chairs for home office use. I assembled the first chair in about 15 minutes. Atypical for the usual Asian building instructions, they were actually very good. There are only 4 screws and 3 tabs, and they come with an Allen key and two spare screws and caps (I used a simple socket wrench instead). Good! Before we get to the chair itself, I would like to point out that the packaging leaves a lot to be desired: the pieces are stacked in the box with so little cushioning that it is surprising that nothing is broken.
