Review on HON Prominent Mesh High-Back Task Chair with Seat Glide, Adjustable Arms, Asynchronous Control - Black by Pamela Beatty

I have had this chair for about 8 months now and am currently looking for a replacement. The lumbar support was too high from the start, I'm 1.80 m tall. The backrest can be adjusted two or three inches, but that doesn't allow the chair to flex where I need it. Since it would cost me money to return the chair, I decided to see if I didn't need to sit in it differently. At the same time, I have already had to replace the main body of the HON chair under warranty once due to excessive squeaking when seated and am at the point of needing replacement again. The seat cushion has also gone flat and now it feels like I'm sitting on plastic. At this point I will contact HON to see if I can get my money back and not let it be a total loss.
