So I don't know why this product has bad reviews. I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it! She put her ID, some credit cards and some cash inside! Credit cards are perfect. You should tighten it a bit since it's new, but over time it will loosen and you'll find it easier to insert and remove cards. It has adjustable straps which is very comfortable. That's what every woman wants and even more in a cell phone case (Woman's Words). I don't know durability. Haven't used it for a long time but am happy with it so far. Just wanted to write a review because the stars don't do it justice.
