Used twice a day for a month. I haven't cleaned my face, but no facial cleanser really helps if you have hormonal acne or other factors that contribute to acne. The only thing I didn't like about this cleanser was that it didn't clean my face. I always wash my face twice and putting witch hazel on a cotton swab still leaves makeup behind. Foam cleansers have never been good enough for me, even hand soap that is foam never leaves my hands clean. I think it's good and safe, but it doesn't clean well enough for me.
