The unit worked and played movies but I ended up sending it back. The operating system mimics what looks like a touchscreen phone or Android tablet as it doesn't allow me to access certain menus without using mouse mode. For me (and my wife) this is highly undesirable. I also had issues with VUDU, specifically because the menu was longer than the pixel height on my screen, but I couldn't scroll down to view/select the bottom of the menu. I was targeting the Jetson addon I currently have and it wasn't true. Jetson OS mimics Firestick, isn't blocked by Amazon, and has access to the Google App Store. The GUI on the Jetson seems to be better designed for remote control (e.g. Firestick). I was hoping it would be comparable but cheaper. Others might like the computer as a feature on the TV. It responded well to a wireless USB mouse and keyboard; with internet access on the device, this may be desirable for others. My poor rating is solely based on my experience and what I wanted from the product. This is not a bad product.
