It's more of a toy than a necessary device. Disappointed with purchase. The miracle did not happen, all the stains remained in place - the only plus is that the steam mop softens the dried dirt and it is easier to pick it out. Tiles are easy to clean and streak-free, but glossy laminate requires effort and skill - wet stains can remain. And separately I want to say about the cord - it's terrible, the length of the cord is enough for one room, each time you have to switch to a new outlet.
