Do not buy, instructions are not good, bread is too dense

The photo shows that you should receive 1.5 loaves. One of the rubber feet fell off on the first day. You wouldn't think it important, but it made the car louder and my dog barked at it. The instruction manual, while clear, is much longer than it should be, it lacks fluidity, it's not easy in a way, and to bake something that's not from the preset menu it's going to take some time to get to grips with figured it out. (I gave up due to lack of time) The manual also lacks what I can only describe as "English standards", there is a lot of useless information to contend with. I used white, wheat, banana, and cake sets, plus a few others (about 6 loaves). They were all very dense, "holey", heavy and not as tasty as I used to try to taste bread in a bread machine. One of the loaves looked badly mixed and had a few globs of flour in the middle. It COULD be that I'm not using the very specific "bread flour" but have tried three other types of flour. I've made the manufacturer-recommended adjustments to fix the density and other issues, but nothing has worked so far. None of them "rose" like I thought they should. Even the biscuit was very dense. I've tried listening for the "add" sound to add fruit and nuts, but it's not obvious and I can't find an approximate time in the manual for which the beep sounds. I bought this particular machine because of the low price but am now considering a more expensive one because I'm not sure the quality of the machine will produce lower quality bread. It turned out not to be a loaf, but maybe 1/4 loaf, and the rest - balls of toasted bread, more like stones. So I stopped baking bread. Don't waste money on it.
