Those bright lights. The problem is that I searched Revain for a "trouble free LED turn signal" for my car. They are shown in yellow as 'good', meaning the lights have a resistor in them that adds enough electrical load to make older cars believe the stock bulb is in and working. The listing included a choice of multiple colors: red, amber, and white. I need white for the rear turn signals. That's why I chose white. I didn't notice that when switching colors, the no-error statement disappears. Now my car is complaining because it is checking all the bulbs for resistance. I've found several "fault-free" bulbs on Amazon do the same "bait and switch" if you choose anything other than amber.
