Introductory picture for thermometer

I needed a thermometer that reads up to 200 degrees Celsius. The description was ambiguous, 0-200 F&C. Clicking on the image showed sensor readings up to 200 degrees Celsius. The purchased item has reached a maximum temperature of 95 degrees Celsius, which makes it completely unusable for me.
