I am 5'6" and about 165lbs. I usually wear a size 10 in pants and a Medium in tops. I ordered this dress in Large and it fits perfectly. I love the true wrap dress style. I had so many compliments when I wore it to work. The material is super thin, but it's not super see through. I have to iron it every time I was it. The material is only printed on the outside. The inside material is white. It is cheap material, but it has a super soft and flowy feel. I loved it for summer. I would highly recommend this dress for a quick summer grab.
