Perfect fit for the luggage rack of my Lectric XP.

This bag is perfect for my bike rack and has a handy shoulder strap for when you need to lock and take your bike with you. It has loads of space. I use it to carry my tools, spare tube, pump etc and I have enough space. It definitely feels waterproof as advertised and also has reflective material on the back which I like. This was definitely the kind of roomy yet compact bag I was looking for!
