UPDATE: HP repair after many phone calls says motherboard failed after 6 weeks! You can replace it, but it needs to be factory reset, resulting in the loss of everything I transferred from my old computers. OR they replace and ship me the old hard drive which I then have to give away to a third party to try to salvage all that lost data, apps and programs. They will not transfer any data for me which means I will incur an additional cost for a 6 week computer. Absolutely useless customer service and repairs and nobody really wants to be helpful and solve the situation! 1st Review - I usually love HP. This computer is 6 weeks old and will not turn on. How can something only take 6 weeks? My life on my computer. So crazy! I bought an HP Revain laptop about 7 weeks ago. Under construction since August 19th. The repair should take 2 days. It didn't load. Then when I checked the repair it was pushed back to August 28th. Now it has been postponed to September 6th. I can't get an American to talk. It's difficult for me to find a supervisor. Unable to connect to repair. My whole life is in this laptop. I can't pay bills. Complete every job. I'm dead in the water The hard drive could easily be moved to another laptop. I'm so angry How can I get help?
