My item arrived slightly wrinkled. I used a permanent marker to fill in the missing black spot on his hat, but I need to add some glitter to his eyebrows. FYI only, the colors are very different from what is shown in the picture. The cloak is much lighter and the peak of his hat is red instead of dark merlot. I'm sad because his arm isn't fully attached and the quality isn't the same as my other Hollywood Nutcrackers. You can see a lot of hot glue and his vest was badly dressed and cut. And his hat is crooked? While it looks great from a distance I'd say it's worth the price compared to other Hollywood nutcrackers, but it actually feels like a fake.
