This is my 4th pair in years these are good water shoes. Yes, you are getting used to the sock now. Another thing associated with stones is that they can get stuck at the bottom, and often you can't even feel them because of the thickness of the bottom, but sometimes you can and should take them out (take a pocket knife with you - easy) They need to change the material they use between their fingers to be more durable be and close the bottom slightly otherwise great shoes.
