Very quiet! Works very smoothly with the Proaim cart.
Works great! Very quiet. The only issue I had was that the mid section nylon connectors fitted into the end sections, which is not according to the instructions, but it didn't take long to figure it out. It also comes with gaskets which I wasn't aware of so you don't have to buy them separately.
