I have pre-cleaned and treated this radiator. Didn't need it, I've washed the garbage out of several radiators in the past, this radiator didn't have any garbage from the factory. The fins are spaced far enough apart that regular fans are enough to keep your system cool. I've used Corsair's ll120, and my 2080 ti and 9900kf stay below 55C under full load.
