Excellent passive subwoofer in the component subwoofers

Just remember that it is a passive subwoofer and you are good to go. Mine is hooked up to a cheap Audiosource bridge amp in my garage and will shake anything off my workbench if I want to. You need an amplifier for this to work, it's not a single wire plug and play like most home theater systems.
