I liked that the product was inexpensive, and worked well out of the box. I was a little disappointed with the luminosity; it looks great in bright light, but once the room is dimly lit, the writing does not show up as well. There also did not seem to be any red in the board, although the pictures on this website and the box it came in would suggest otherwise. Nevertheless, I found the writing board to be very useful, especially because it has a couple magnets that attach to the back of it, and you can attach it to your refrigerator or dishwasher. In our house of five people, we are sometimes not sure if the dishwasher has been run or not, but now we can attach the board and write either "clean" or "dirty" on it. I also let my 12-year-old granddaughter draw on it, and she seemed to love it. Considering the price, you really can't go wrong with this purchase, especially if you have kids or grandkids.
