I think that the eClaim is a really quick and simple way to send and receive proof and evidence. I can do proof and evidence really quick and easily. I The system was easy enough for my team of 5 employees (2 in sales) with minimal technical knowledge or computer skills at all! There were no problems once it went live as advertised; however I would like more information about their support options- maybe an FAQ section? It's been great having such ease from start -to finish managing our electronic receipts within one place without any issues so far!!
