I had square D switches and ordered a square D lock. Everything fits perfectly. At first I was a bit confused about its location, but after attaching the lock to the plate as oriented towards the picture in the picture, I "got caught", I saw how it works, and then the installation was easy. They supplied a few extra parts that I thought you didn't really need (bracket for the lock switch) and a template for drilling holes in the junction box (I've already figured out where the holes are needed), but .
