Doesn't really match buttons on Moto E5 Play

I ordered this case once. It didn't fit. They sent a replacement that did the same. I need the button area to depend on so the case can press the buttons properly without them getting stuck because the case is too hard for the button area. Basically, the case is good, but the settings in the key area need to be revised.
