It deserves a negative star but I don't have that option. It was a work laptop so I'm not personally ruling out anything other than the time I spent getting a new one only to have the same charger fry a new one. If it were my PC, I would just turn it off. How terrible. How do I know it was this charger? because right after I plugged it in to charge it turned off and then when I restarted it the battery didn't hold a charge and gradually lost power until it turned off even though it was plugged in. This happened twice with the same charger. The ones I got from these guys. If you value your device, do not buy this product.
