Dissatisfied with product but satisfied with customer service
We remodeled our entire bathroom and installed all Delta Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures and plumbing fixtures. The only thing Home Dept didn't sell was the oiled bronze cork, so we resorted to buying online. As you can see the oil rubbed bronze coating has come loose on most of the cork. Please note that I do NOT use harsh chemicals to clean my tub. So if you're wondering if this has compromised the integrity of the item, it hasn't. The coating simply wears off or peels off. I have contacted the seller and he is willing to replace the item.
