I like that they are able to create custom websites for my business needs without having to be a programmer myself. The customer service is great - very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have! They also offer many different templates which can help save time when creating your website. I dislike how difficult it was to get started using their system. It took me over an hour just to log in for the first time. There were so many steps involved that I didn't understand at all. Once i did figure out what to do though everything worked well. We needed a new site built for one of our businesses. Their team helped us design exactly what we wanted and made suggestions along the way as well.
